OMAL SPA declares that:
- the evaluation of the presence of the SVHCs in the products (ball valves, butterfly valves, pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, coaxial and angle seat pneumatic valves) is updated to the last edition of the Candidate list published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
- are not required specific measures for this substance either during normal use or during disposal of products, if handled in compliance with the European legislation;
- the information, according to Article 33(1) of the Regulation, have been notified to the SCIP (Substances of Concern In Products) database of the ECHA.
