Turnkey product: valve + actuator

The experience and know-how accumulated in 40 years of the design and production of the valve+actuator package: enables OMAL to develop and handle product co-engineering partnerships in the sector of pneumatics, global and production industry .

In House process & Made In

OMAL was established with a strong manufacturing vocation deeply rooted in the territory of Brescia, particularly specialised in mechanical and industrial processings. In OMAL the competence in mechanical processings, die-casting of aluminium is at top levels. OMAL is also specialised in plastic moulding of some strategic components thanks to the installation of some production lines with robotic presses. Also the testing phase is done 100% in-house with a testing chamber and test counters dedicated entirely to the internal production.

Smart Factory

OMAL has started up a corporate digitalisation process, firstly on the production and assembly lines with intelligent robotization that guarantees quality and precision of the processing, and subsequently in the operating and administrative offices through business intelligence and project management software.

OMAL is a smart factory: this is proven in the multi-channels, product configurator, web and e-commerce site, the APPs for Android and IOS sales.
