Design
We design complete solutions
Our products, valves or actuation are designed by a sole team of professionals of the co-engineering field. We guarantee our clients with the perfect "valve-actuator" matches and all the other accessory elements needed to control the fluids at best.
Die-casting
The core of the product is the result
In the actuator the cast components are the core of the product, and for this reason OMAL specialised itself in the die-casting of aluminium. The extension of our automated fleet enables the moulding of hundreds of thousands of aluminium components of our actuators and valves.
Plastic moulding
Self production of strategic components
In the production department there are also machinery for injection moulding of plastic materials for the manufacture of some details of OMAL products. In this way the entire production process is done in-house and OMAL can guarantee top level quality of its products.

Thanks to an ever avant-garde machine fleet and automated processes, OMAL is able to furnish high-performing products. We are also able to execute mechanical precision-processings and a great variety of materials for which specific competences are a must: steel, aluminium, brass and bronze.
Assembly and testing
100% accuracy of complete tests
Before being sold and distributed, the OMAL products undergo strict controls. The automated test counters are installed in the assembly department to allow strict control and testing of the product. We test 100 of our products. We act as the guarantors before our clients, of the perfect valve and actuator matches and of all the accessory elements for the best control of the fluids .

Failure risks is reduced to zero
A characteristic of research and development is the risk component. Design and innovation are always risky; to minimise the risks, OMAL avails of the collaboration of a team of engineers and highly specialised technicians. Another OMAL excellence is the test chamber in which the company through the years has continued to invest in the stress tests of the finished components/products and those still in the design phase. A choice of continual controls of the results of system products to improve the performance of historical products.
